Right of Withdrawal

You have this right if you bought a plan for your child while your CurioKids account was set to a country in the European Union or the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). Switzerland isn’t in the European Economic Area, so this right doesn’t apply there. Your child’s first lesson is free and needs no payment, so there is nothing to withdraw from until you buy a plan.

You can withdraw within 14 days of the day you bought your plan (the day you completed checkout). The period ends at the end of the 14th day after that day, in your country’s time. The email confirming your plan, and your Billing page, give the exact date.

• On our website or in our app: on your Billing page, press Withdraw from contract here, then Confirm withdrawal. The button is there for the whole 14 days.
• By email: tell us clearly that you are withdrawing, at hello@curiokidslearning.com, from the email address on your account if you can. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don’t have to.
• To be in time, it is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days end.
• We confirm every withdrawal by email straight away, with the date and time we received it.

• Your plan ends straight away and you won’t be charged again. Lessons booked after that are cancelled.
• We refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the card you paid with. There is no fee for the refund.
• If you asked at checkout for lessons to start within the 14 days, you pay a proportionate amount for the lessons your child had before you withdrew: the price of each lesson (what you paid, divided by the lessons your payments covered) for each lesson given. We refund the rest. The free first lesson never counts.
• For example, if you paid 40 euros for 4 lessons and your child had 1 lesson before you withdrew, you pay 10 euros and we refund 30 euros.
• If you didn’t ask for lessons to start within the 14 days, you pay nothing for lessons already given.

After the 14 days, you can still cancel your plan at any time on your Billing page. It then stops at the end of the billing period you have paid for, as our Refund Policy and Terms of Service explain.

It helps us to find your plan quickly if you also give the email address on your CurioKids account and your child’s first name.
