• Payment data — billing details processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data — device, browser, and usage information needed to run and secure the Service.

• provide and personalise lessons and track learning progress;
• schedule classes and send reminders and important notifications;
• process payments and teacher payouts;
• keep children and users safe and the platform secure; and

3. Children's privacy

Child profiles are created and controlled by a parent or guardian. We collect only the minimum information needed to deliver lessons, and we do not use children's data for advertising. A parent may review, update, or request deletion of their child's data at any time through their account or by contacting us.

4. Session recordings

Live classes may be recorded for safeguarding, dispute resolution, and quality assurance. Recording only occurs where consent has been given, and recordings are access-controlled and retained no longer than necessary.

We share data with teachers (only as needed to deliver lessons) and with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, payment, email, and video infrastructure). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect the safety of children or other users.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, and we retain it only for as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
